The fridge was broken and wouldn’t freeze the manger was rude and one housekeeper just came in the room without permission when we had do not disturb on the door

This was an overnight stay on a road trip back. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The rooms and the pool could definitely use some upgrades. Also, the bathroom doors can accidentally lock while you are not in the bathroom. If this happens you can use a screwdriver or wedge something into the lock to unlock it without bothering the staff. There were no towels at the pool area also.

The room itself was clean. When we got there to check in the guy was not very friendly that checked us in, there was a work (guy) comeing off the elevator with a trash band it had leaked on the elevator and they just left it. The Hallway had a smell , not shoe what it was. The next day when room service was done they left towels but did not make the bed.When we checked out the ladies was very nice and friendly.

It was OK. Just not the best. Our door could easily be just pushed open and our keycards broke and just wouldn't work. We had to force the door open several times. The elevator made noises that had us scared for it to break any moment. The staff was friendly, though the environment just wasnt the best

The rooms were terribly kept, extremely outdated and in a state of disrepair. The pictures posted do not reflect the current state of the hotel. Our adjoining room reeked of smoke and the hallways smelt like cigarettes and weed. The windows had no screens and did not close properly. We had no shower curtain, we had to get one from front desk and hang it ourselves. The pool was warm but the floor was disgusting and falling apart, the bathroom in the pool area looked like a gas station bathroom. We will not be returning on our journey home.

The front desk staff, specifically Lindsay at check-in, are great. The room was clean so thank you to the housekeeping staff. But the property in general needs renovating. Upkeep seems lacking.

The girl at the front desk was super friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Did not have a fridge or microwave in room, but I was there for 1 night so no big deal. I'd definitely stay here again.
