I don't know Belfast very well but this hotel is located in a very busy but convenient location. Not posh by any means, but the place is nice and well kept, and the staff are wonderful. The street is residential but quiet at night. I left my windows open at night. I heard some people, but nothigh to disturb your sleep.

Friendly staff at check in! We arrived early and our room was not yet ready. We also discovered a bolt in our rental car's tire. The front desk person (Karin) allowed us to park our vehicle in the garage area while we awaited for a tire repair technician. She also served us coffee and biscuits before the rest of my family headed out to see some local attractions. Later, she was able to get us a cab and assisted in getting us reservations for dinner. The hotel is nice and I will be staying at the Tara Lodge again!

Fantastic stay

Amazing place to stay. Check in was easy, room was spotless and the bed was comfy. It’s close to rail and bus routes and plenty of bars and shops nearby. We will definitely stay again if we come over to Belfast again!

We can’t rave enough about Tara Lodge. It was really like staying in a bed and breakfast. The staff was attentive to our every need. This hotel was so comfortable and clean and within walking distance of every main shopping district. Or a quick taxi ride. Staying here really made our trip more comfortable and we were able to experience more because of the amenities offered here. We really appreciated it. Highly recommend.

This is a little gem, excellent customer service, convenient to city, clean and room was spacious and reasonably priced. Everything you need in a room including excellent lighting and counter space in bathroom to apply makeup! Would definitely stay here again.
