The hotel is well located very closed to the train station and in the Old City Center. The breakfast was pretty good, and they have many things to choose from. The room was not that big, but it was comfortable and very clean. The service of the staff was really excellent. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. Great location near train station, shops and restaurants and brew pubs. Our only other comment is the shower size and entry can be rather small, with the entry a bit tough to get in and the shower head nearly up against the outside wall.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of Bern. A very nice breakfast is included and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Easy walks to all Bern sights as well as the train station.

Overall fine but they don't have separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's an all-in-one in the shower but it really was just soap. Also no lotion. Great location, good breakfast included but be prepared to bring your own above mentioned toiletries

Property is awkward, if your room is in the new building you have to cut through to the breakfast area. Gym doesn’t have much equipment and the saunas door is not fitted properly with a big gap in the door. No water fountain or water bottles in gym. Room was very small and opened up windows for fresh air but of course you just smell cigarettes. Very loud all night until around 2 am. Bell rings every hour and you will be awaken early early morning with loud trucks and stores unloading. Staff isn’t overly nice just basic. Would not stay again. Over priced. If it’s just for 1 night it should be fine. Breakfast was basic continental type foods.
