Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Kudos to all receptionists, the lady who takes care of the breakfast needs, and the cleaning and maintenance crew. Room was very clean and well organized.

I have stayed here for years off & on when I go to visit my family. Staff is always very friendly. Rooms could use an update, sometimes a little shabby in the bathrooms. Otherwise clean and very comfortable.

Our stay at Comfort Suites Biloxi – Ocen Springs was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, no issues. The AC unit was the quietest unit I have experienced at a hotel. The breakfast was good, not great. There were many breakfast choices, and the staff kept it stocked and clean. If we are ever that way again, it would be a place we would definitely consider staying at again.
