Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals.

The hotel is great. Nice clean room with fully equipped kitchen. The pool was very nice. There are no places for shopping and just a few restaurants, ordering food deliveries was not possible.

Wonderful the hotel apartment had a sea view excellent service beautiful area the time went so fast! Pool and fitness center spotless Huge pool very clean and not crowed we had it to ourselves most of the time. Sauna and steam area were really nice as well

This hotel is NOT ready to open. The exterior of the hotel is a massive construction site which ruins any vacation experience. There is no Wifi in the hotel. It is difficult to locate the hotel and we were driving in circles trying to find it cause there is no proper sign. So much false advertising. Expedia should NOT advertise this hotel. After just 2 minutes, I left and booked another hotel and did not get my money back. I hope Expedia considers refunding me because I am a Gold member and continue to use Expedia for all my hotel bookings.

Naast de historie van de accommodatie is het een super mooie omgeving waarbij in de badplaatsen leuke dingen te doen en te zien zijn. Het hotel is super alsook het ontbijt. Enig minpunt is de check-in. Hier wordt, en dat kun je terecht noemen, strikt aan de tijd gehouden. Hierdoor moesten wij na een lange reisdag van 11 uur toch nog 1,5 uur wachten.

Great apartment in the Prora building

Very well equipped apartment in one of the most massive buildings ever! Great kitchen, very nice balcony overlooking the ocean, and a very comfortable bed. Parking in a parking structure across the road was quite expensive, but the room was relatively cheap, so that was okay. Oh, and free drinks in the fridge!

Eine sehr gute Suite mit perfekter (sehr praktischer) Zimmeraufteilung. Sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene mit zwei grĂ¶ĂŸeren Kindern. Sehr gut ist, dass fĂŒr alle Personen vollwertige Betten zur VerfĂŒgung stehen. Service war okay - könnte verbessert werden. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war auch okay - aber 25,00 € pro Person sind dafĂŒr nicht angemessen.

Wunderschöne ruhige und großzĂŒgige Appartements mit allem möglichen Drum und Dran (von Haarfön, zu sĂ€mtlichen Kochutensilien und Kaffeemaschine bis zu traumhaft schönen Balkons mit Meerblick!) vom Bahnhof in 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Dormero liegt genau an der Promenade, die nach Binz fĂŒhrt. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den großartigen Aufenthalt. Mein vierjĂ€hriger Sohn war mimt so wenig zufrieden, einfach nur der Strand und das Schwimmbad, mehr brauchte er nicht. Danke auch an das sehr liebevoll Rezeptions-Team!

Aus vier NÀchten wurden zwei HorrornÀchte

Die Keycards funtionierten seit Anreise nicht. Es gab eine Notkarte. RegulĂ€r kann man mit den Keycards das GebĂ€ude betreten, den Wellness Bereich nutzen und es ermöglicht die Ein- und Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz (der immerhin 20 €/Tag kostet) und eben nicht nur Zugang zum Zimmer. Bei Ankunft teilte man mit, es wird morgen wieder funktionieren. Wir sollen VerstĂ€ndnis haben. Diesen Satz hörten wir in den 48 Stunden Aufenthalt (gebucht hatten wir 4 NĂ€chte) von der Interimsleitung E.H. sehr oft. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung, sondern wir sollten gefĂ€lligst VerstĂ€ndnis haben dafĂŒr, dass sie auch nichts dafĂŒr kann. Die Interimsleitung kam nicht einmal auf die Idee am Wellnessbereich, der ja erstmal nicht nutzbar war, einen Zettel zu hĂ€ngen. In der ersten Nacht Einschluss um 23 Uhr! Danach das Haus zu betreten war unmöglich. Eigene Vorhaben nicht vorgesehen! TĂŒr ist dann zu, denn die Rezeption ist ja nur bis 23 Uhr besetzt. Wir waren in diesem Jahr bereits das 8te Mal vor Ort, doch einen solchen Aufenthalt haben wir vorher noch nie erlebt! Nicht einmal eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, kein Wort des Bedauerns. Keine EntschĂ€digung fĂŒr die nicht freie Aus- und Einfahrt auf dem Parkplatz (man musste Ausfahrtkarten erfragen - natĂŒrlich nur im Zeitraum zwischen 7 und 23 Uhr möglich). Fazit: Mit aktueller Interimsleitung E.H. sieht uns dieses Hotel nicht mehr wieder. Unprofessionelles Handeln wird hier ganz neu definiert und vorgelebt!
