There was a total electrical outage the morning (around 4 AM) of our departure due to a car vs electrical supply pole I requested help with our luggage and the (Head Houseleeper?) and an other employee cheerfully took it down the 5 flights of stairs for us. There was personnel on the landings with flashlights, everyone was cheerful and helpful.
