Last day in Alabama

People were very nice. The room was spacious, clean, and cool but it felt damp. Breakfast area was nice. Lobby was large and clean. Parking was quite sufficient. I was very disappointed that the lobby computer was not working and that both desk people seemed to pass the buck to someone else or to a personal circumstance ("I didn't know). Plenty of restaurants and gas close by.

Front Desk Fail

This was a stop over on our way to Destin. I was traveling with my sister and 4 grandchildren so booked two rooms. The only complaint I have is that the TV in one room didn't work. I called front desk and they said they would send someone up - but they never did. I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past, so I was disappointed that front desk lied to me about addressing the non-working TV.
