Outside looked normal. When checked into the room it was clear someone had recently slept in the bed and the bed was not remade or recleaned. When we came back to the desk to get a different room the attendant was rude and very short as though we were an annoyance. We travel quite a bit and have previously stayed with this hotel chain. Specifically, this night we paid $370 for the night. We do not anticipate this for this level of stay- very disappointed in the room but sometimes that happens, we were more disappointed in the attendant. This room experience should have been exemplary costing $370, not resembling a $37 Motel 6.

Beautiful redo and great for a solo traveler

The service wasn’t bad it was just slow in some cases. They acted like there was something else they had to do other than assist me. It was noticeable and a little annoying.

not as good as last time

I had stayed there two years ago and it was excellent. This time the floors were dirty, the blinds wouldn't go up, one light didn't work and the charging station at the desk didn't work. However the bed was nice and clean and the towels were clean. What bothered me the most was they charged my card $ 50.00 while I was still there and there was no reason for it. I called the desk and they said it would be taken off my card in two to three days. I'd not had that happen before. This was for "incidentals" and I didn't have any incidentals to pay for. The manager was nice and listed to my complaints and seemed concerned.

Nice hotel

Stopped here on our way to Louisiana. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Close to restaurants-we walked to Applebees because we had been in the car for 10 hours. A sidewalk would be nice, but it was still ok walking on the grass.
