Unhappy customer, poor room service, and policy.

We rented a room for 4 days, the first day the room was cleaned, beds were made and trash removed. On the second day we find a note saying that they are sorry, but they only removed the trash and refreshed the towels and did not make the beds. The note said that they didn't make the beds becouse the hotel was busy and that they are under staffed. The other days were the same. I paid full price for the room. I feel that it is only reasonable to expect the hotel to propely clean and service each room that they rent out. I should not have to ask if they are under staffed, or if the do not intend to provide basic services to the rooms. Saying that they are sorry is not doing any good. I feel this is intentionally missleading the customers and it should never occur. I am not satisfied for what we paid.

Staff member, Steven was incredibly helpful with my pet challenges, delayed arrival and extra night stay. The other front desk personnel were also very polite, friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns.

Overall a splendid place to stay!

After a weary day of travel it was so nice to enter a room that was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that a continental breakfast was provided starting at 6am as I needed to be on the road by 6:30. The bath towels could have been larger but that is a very small issue.

Nice unit with especially quiet A/C. Continental breakfast is one of the worst I ever encountered. Very few offerings and extremely basic. I'd rather have them do away with this and adjust the room prices. NO EV car charging anywhere for a level 2 charging PHEV. They should have a couple subscription service chargers, like ChargePoint on property.

While the outside looks a little questionable, the inside was very nice and clean. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Not a fancy hotel but worth your buck in this town where most of the hotels look even older.

This place is good for transient customers that hike and fish and need a place to sleep. It is not meant, I think, for a luxurious visit. It was not an unpleasant stay and the room was relatively tidy. I did notice a few urine splashes on the floor by the toilet when I first arrived. The shower curtain was kind of strange, a little short almost, it would fall away from the tub while I showered and wet the floor. Room service surprisingly entered my room each day and did my bed even though I didn’t hang the door tag for service. Despite what sounds like complaints, I rather enjoyed a comfortable room. The air conditioner worked well and I had restful sleep. The fish gutting station came in handy. It’s a very centrally located hotel. All in all great experience, not the type of room to lounge in all day but great for restful sleep.
