Way too loud

Staff are really nice, facilities are great, food good ! The room was spacious & clean but too warm. Sleep, however, was impossible due to the 'entertainment' - a guy singing ( terribly) as loud as he could midnight then misic on full blast keeping me & my kids awake until 1am !

DONT GO THERE NOMATTER WHAT YOU DO

That hotel is absolutely sh1t. The room service don’t t do anything. The waiters in the pub and grill kept going up and down with orders asking if it was ours . We went out in the morning and came back at 8pm and the room hadn't had anything done to it except put towels and empty the bin. The dirty towels were left in the shower, the cups we had used for coffee in the morning were still there. we went down to reception to be told that they couldn't give us clean cups as they had no access to the cups. The breakfast was rubbish only one option of badly cooked eggs and cold beans. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE. The building looks pretty but that place is a sh1thole and the staff are as thick as anything absolutely sh1t and they don’t want to do anything to help. We ordered wings for starters that only came 45 minutes later after the main meal and a guy came up to us saying that the wings weren't appearing as a starter on their system. Absolutely rubbish place that.Pictures attached are of what the room looked like after the alledged housekeeping had been

No A/C. Room was ridiculously hot. Small fan provided no way near adequate! No dressing table removing the ability for my wife to get ready. Lift not working!!! Breakfast 6:30 to 9:00. Ideal for working guests. Crazy early finish for holiday stays

No air con in hotel

When arriving at the hotel, it felt like we were in a resort abroad. However when it come to check in the room wasn't ready. We were given another room which was bigger so couldn't complain. Unfortunately because of the delay to check in we missed our prebooked taxi and were late for a show. When we got to the room it was really stuffy. The window would only open an inch and the thermostat said 28 degrees. When we went to reception to complain about the heat they said there was no AC in the entire hotel. It's a 31 degree weekend outside. Next day we were going to the pool before checkout and the leisure receptionist said they were at capacity. There were less then 15 in the pool. Breakfast was good and the reception staff were friendly but you could see the heat and lack of cool air was effecting them also.

Would recommend

No Issues, room was clean, and adequate parking. The only issue I have is the miniature cups in the room which are way too small. I have never seen cups this small in a hotel room before. Cups at breakfast are normal size so not sure why the room had miiature cups. Also the room does not have enough plugs and no plugs near the bed, but apart from that everything was fine. I would recommend.

Cheap hotel with an expensive price tag. Nothing special. Food was pretty poor. Had a mixed grill for 30 quid and it was the frozen meat that you get in the cheap chains that has been thawed out. Definitely not worth the money and that’s the hotel, the room and the food.

Stay was fine only problem was we put the sign asking for room refresh on at 7:15 in the morning on returning at3:30 room not serviced. Reception informed us that the sign must be put on door before 11pm at night as staff go round and make a note of which rooms need servicing. Room service came and refreshed towels and tea/ coffee etc, at 4:30 pm. It was too late into the day for any cleaning, as my husband had just come out of hospital after cardiac procedure and was very tired. On checking the door notice it does say in small print to be hung on door before 11pm in small print. Feel this issue needs attention.

Great hotel set on landscaped grounds including a golf course. 40 min walk from Blackpool Tower or 10 min in car. Staff friendly and helpful, Room large and well equipped ( just needs somewhere to hang towels in bathroom ) bed comfy, nice view. Swimming pool and spa was good, very relaxing, outside pool a bonus ( heated). Had 2 meals in bar and grill and was very pleased with the food including taste, presentation and portion. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
