The hotel is very modern and has a community vibe to it which is the theme of this hotel chain. The rooms are modern and clean. The facilities are good too. It’s a perfect hotel for meeting and chatting with other guests in common areas of that’s what you like. The location is near the main train station which is travel convenient but not too close to the city centre.

The service, staff and concept was excellent. I really appreciated the free laundry machines, but it was disappointing that many of the dryers were dirty. The location was close to the station in terms of distance, but it was on the opposite side where there was nothing around. At night the neighborhood felt a little uneasy, as there were some people shouting and arguing nearby.

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed an evening meal in restaurant. Everywhere was clean including the public toilet. In the bedroom, the limited number of power points were rather hard to find. One was on the side of the bed, and the one for the kettle and coffee machine was hard to access.

Bad parts: - The plumbing waste water stacks have not been vented properly / to code, so the rooms literally stink like raw sewerage; - The location is not great, unless you are staying overnight for train / airport access. Close to the train station and there is a bus stop across the street to get into the main part of Bologna. The room was big, clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good with good options. We didn't use any of the facilities since we were only there for the night and spent the day exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we come back.
