Air was good. The kitchen did not have any pans or anything at that for me to cook. The floors were so dirty looked like they have not been cleaned or moped in a long time. The tv was so small and the tv was so far from the beds and so low. The elevator did not work I have to walk all the way to the 4th floor with my little kids every time I left and came back I didn’t enjoy my stay at all!

Not clean at all and got a wake up call to the fire alarm going off for almost an hour in the middle of the night (12am), and absolutely had zero instructions on knowing if it was a false alarm or if we needed to get out. Wasn't even fully asleep when this happened and shortly after we got a room. Not worse the money they want to charge at all!

Nice appliances, kitchenette and TV. Good AC. 4 floors; no elevator (out of order). Hand carry your (up the stairs). If you like roaches there’s plenty of them. But way too friendly. If you’re eating, don’t put it down. Hold on to it. Otherwise, they will try to steal it from you. Nice flat TV but no signal for any channels. Toilet required 6-8 flushes per use. A lot of wasted water.

Horrible .. the front desk was absent for almost 29 mins every time you went there . And the fire alarm went off at 1 am 3 nights in a row . The manager is disrespectful and spent more time with friends outside than handling guest issues . I filed a formal complaint and make matters worse when I tried to cancel the property manager said she could because she needed her vp approval .

We got in our room and the ac wouldnt do a thing. The fridge had rust spots all on it and the bed sheets had a stain on them. They were booked up and didnt have a room for us. They offered a fan to help with the temperature of the room but thay wouldnt of did a thing. The hotel also smelled like a ash tray. The fire alarm was going off the whole time we were there in the lobby. Which was a matter of 10 minutes at the most.
