We really employed our stay at Hyatt place Boston/braintree. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were nice and they had lots of parking. The area around the hotel was fantastic with several restaurants just out the door and down the stairs. There is also a mall across the road. Easy access to Boston

This hotel should not have the Hyatt name. The front desk staff is one person. Having coffee available 24 hours sounds great but the area was filled with little bugs flying around. When I told front desk the lady just came over and whoosh them away but immediately came back. The space was obviously not cleaned and I didn’t see her call anyone to clean while I was there watching tv. If you come here because it carries the Hyatt name, expect motel standards.

A item from previous rental was left behind, hanging in closet. Door to bathroom really banged up with weird stains and needs painting. Bathroom door barely misses toilet..POOR design. Room itself was fine, no obvious stains on fabrics or carpet.

The entire time that myself and husband stayed was a dream. We spent 3 nights and would have stayed more if time allowed. From the second we got to the front desk everyone was kind, had a smile (even joked around) and went above and beyond for us. Greeted us everytime we came downstairs or returned. I have never stayed in such a welcoming establishment. Would love to stay again.
