I stayed at this hotel for 26 days. While there were some positive aspects to my stay, there are also key reasons why I will not be returning.
First, I want to commend the cafeteria and housekeeping staff—they were truly outstanding. Always polite, professional, and approachable, they made a meaningful difference in my experience.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not show the same level of hospitality. Throughout my stay, they were consistently rude, unhelpful, and gave off the impression that assisting guests was a burden rather than their responsibility. Even at checkout, the lady at the front desk didn’t bother to say a simple “thank you for your stay.” For a long-term guest, this lack of basic courtesy was particularly disappointing.
Secondly, I found it unreasonable that guests staying for an extended period are still required to pay $20 per night for parking. Over time, this adds up significantly and feels like an unnecessary and hidden charge.
Despite the great service from some members of the staff, these issues made my overall experience fall short—and I will not be returning.
