Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this property. The pros: super clean, renovated rooms, friendly staff, and good offerings for the hot breakfast. The cons: no one answered the phone when I called for the complimentary shuttle, so I had to take an uber. The hotel sits at an intersection that is extremely noisy, and since my room’s window faced the intersection, I couldn’t sleep due to all of the noise from the trucks.

We were given a ohone number to call for pickup from the rental car center. I called but no one would answer the phone. My husband also called, but he was hung up on two times. I was left on hold for 45 minutes before i could speak to someone to request pickup, and then another 15 minutes to be picked up. This was totally unacceptable service. Additionally, when we contacted Marriott corporate, we were told they would not intervene because the booking was with Expedia. As a result, i will not be booking with Expedia for hotels in the future. I will book directly with the hotel and airlines.

The hotel provided a good base to stay with very convenient public transport close by. The room did have facilities to enable you to prepare your own meals but local shops were limited as were restaurants

Shuttles great, Brian was awesome, thinner man at night check-in, has serious problems, Dean in morning more than made up for sucky night dude. A few issues with plumbing, that Dean wrote down to address, no deal breakers. Met Mike at the bar, also accommodating. House keeper very helpful as well! Would stay again.

Hotel was way too expensive for the condition of the room. Breakfast was cold. Eggs sausage and potatoes. Had finger food for dinner and was way over priced and service was terrible. One person to do it all

This hotel is in an industrial area. Its clean and convenient for Logan but thats it. There is lots of road noise from heavy vehicles. Clearly its an issue as the hotel leave ear plugs on the bed side table! First time I've ever seen that. I had a poor experience with the airport shuttle. I waited for 45minutes outside Terminal E arrivals at the courtesy bus stop but it didnt arrive. Nowhere when I booked did it say you had to call for a ride. I had also messaged the hotel a few days before to ask if i should call for pick up on arrival. I never got a response. I called the hotel and was told to go up to departures to be picked up and the bus would be 20mins. Pick up at departures made no sense. All the other hotel shuttles were picking up at arrivals which makes sense!! At the departure pickup I waited 30mins and called the hotel again who were a little vague and after leaving me on hold for a while said the driver would be with me soon. Not a great service. I would suggest stating on your website location of pickup and if a client needs to call for pickup.

Nice but loud.

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. However….if you find hotel-provided ear plugs on your bedside table, expect the night to be loud. And it was. The traffic outside our room was LOUD, throughout the whole night.
