This neighborhood is up and coming. There is a lot of construction around the area but the hotel was immaculate and the room was large. It was clean and everyone was friendly.

Seemed like a newly built hotel - wasn’t at all run down. Ample street parking on the weekends for free. Wish it were closer to more interesting dining, but the area is redeveloping and looks like several options would soon be open. They had supremed citrus on the breakfast bar which I don’t see often. I’d stay there again if there aren’t options closer to downtown. If you’ve been to a Hyatt Place built in the past 5 - 10 years, then you know what to expect.

No microwave in room. Breakfast was better than some hotels but still limited. No signs or information in the room as to the location of amenities. Where's the fitness room? If breakfast is served until 10:00, then steps should be taken to ensure there is still food up to that time. You were out of chicken AND waffles at 9;45. The coffee was out too. And the ice machine outside our door was super loud for a very long time!
