Could be up graded a bit . Nice location. Beds old , needs updated. Would recommend Ceiling fans in living and bedroom no air circulation. Staff was very friendly . Would stay again if beds were updated

Beautiful property. We had a truck with a camper outside our window which was unsatisfying, luckily, they were there just for the night passing through, I guess. Also, thought we were getting a room creek side instead of roadside. With the windows open it was a bit noisy. All in all, though beautiful place and amazing location!

Beautiful property in a perfect location — close to everything in Breckenridge and very reasonably priced. We loved listening to the river right outside our balcony. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax!

We were hoping to have a creek view like it showed on our Expedia room choice but it did not. Also disappointed there was no AC and we had to sleep with sliding door open in bedroom. There were loud people near the pool area until 1 am so it was either be hot or not sleep due to the noise. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would help.

Was shocked we were expected to pay extra ourselves for clean towels, to have our room cleaned above our room charge. Never coming back…we have come before and brought others to this nice hotel but again these extra costs were ridiculous. Who does that. Shame on you.

Check in was super easy, the front desk attendant was super nice. The room itself is cozy and seems pretty clean! It’s a little dated and some small things are damaged but honestly that doesn’t bother me at all. I’m really happy with this stay!
