Stay as far away from this place as possible! The woman at the desk in the evening is beyond rude! She charged me almost double to go from a 1 queen to a 2 queen and then said she would give me one night free to make up for it. I then was charged another night at the end of my stay-a charge that I never OK’d! When I called to inquire about this she was so rude and belittling. There’s lots of places to stay in the area -this is nothing special-ice machine and water didn’t work, it was loud much of the time and offers no amenities for the price. Very underwhelmed.

Would stay again

The hotel was very clean and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We were just passing through so only stayed one night. Bed was comfortable. Shower temp was tricky, either super hot or chilly, hard to get a happy medium. The strangest thing to me was that the towels were gray, so at first I thought they weren't clean. But they were!

average stay, get what you pay for

the bed was very uncomfortable, the towels were hard, scratchy and no longer white, there was only one thin blanket for the room and it was winter, there was no bottom fitted sheet, it was just a top sheet put on the bottom... very weird. It did have a nice view, but the window looked out on the walkway. It was clean though and quiet.

We felt like what was stated on your site was not at all correct. The room was small, the carpet had holes in it. There was water damage in the sink area of the room and the floor in that area was coming apart. The furniture was old and scuffed up. Would not recommend this hotel.

Brookings on a budget

The managers were very nice & accommodating. First room, the curtains didn't close all the way & sink was dirty. Window also didn't lock. We moved to another room...window, didn’t lock. I like to feel safe sink was slow to drain & TV didn’t work. They were kind enough to quickly fix the sink & TV. In both rooms, heaters worked well.

Ok stay!!

Got to office after 3 for check in sign said be back 15 min we waited knowone came we left for about an hour came back same sign on door called number several times no answer. We waited then owner came walking up to office door. Room was average towels very small and thin.
