It took 2 hours to get our room. Nishra Patel said she couldn’t find the reservation. She called Krishna Rita the owner who could be heard screaming at her that she hadn’t received payment so not to give me a room. Nishra called Expedia who refused to talk to me on speaker phone but required me to call them directly. After being on hold for an extensive amount of time Expedia explained to Nishra how to transfer the payment that was made from my card on January 16th to their account. When we finally got to our room the tv didn’t work and it was freezing. The owner showed up, couldn’t fix the tv and had her manager on the phone who couldn’t explain how to fix it. We were moved to another room. The next room was filthy, there were large holes in the wall next to the HVAC unit and the heat didn’t work. I had a space heater delivered from WalMart. Our first room was still open so I grabbed the blankets from the bed and my elderly Dad and I slept in our coats. We noticed that there were no other occupants on our side of the building. The owner had changed her franchise from OYO to Americas Best Inn but hadn’t updated her system. I had to do all of the work to figure out the issue. At this time I want a full refund.

I rented thru Expedia and when we got to the motel the name had changed to an Americas best and they would not honor my previous payment for the night. So we paid for a mediocre room twice , contacted Expedia about a refund and never heard back from you guys.

I paid hotels.com to stay at the OYO hotel here while traveling overnight. I got to the address and was told by the hotel that they had refranchised (New sign with America's Best Value Inn) and refused to accept the hotels.com purchase. It was 2am and I couldn't stay awke anymore. They charged me again, even more to stay maybe 6 hours in an old musty hotel room with dead bugs in the sink and a large live cockroach in the shower. It was so gross I slept in my jacket and left early that morning. Now hotels.com is saying the property needs to investigate before considering refunding me. What do they need to investigate? Hotels.com is advertising and accepting payment for a hotel that technically doesn't exist anymore and America's Best Value Inn is the one telling me to my face they won't accept the payment. Additinally, if Hotel.com is contacting them- they obviously have a business relationship. So who here is double charging? Almost a couple hundred to stay in this sh*!thole for 6 hours. This is bad business. Hotel.com used to be my go to- now you cant trust them. Also told I couldn’t submit prices etc in my review.

Decrepit and dirty. Stained sheets, sagging upholstery. My husband slept clothed on top of the bedding - to grossed out to use the bedding. Most outlets don't work. Light fixtures filthy and torn. Bathroom grout brown and cruddy. Note also that this hotel is no longer owned by OYO franchise and does not honor Hotels.com bookings! Had to pay again and then ask Hotels.com for a refund.

I was not allowed to check in after driving for more than 12 hours. The property that they are still not registered with OYO and can't accept the Expedia booking. I contacted OYO customer service but they either to find the booking via booking id, hotel confirmation number and my mobile number. I need Expedia and OYO to refund my booking

Not sure who to fault here, but I was horribly disappointed and while seeking recourse I was insulted, inconvenienced and disrespected almost to the point of tears 😭. As a disabled vet, I know my limits and make provisions for myself. After a taxing day, and an hour drive with young children accompanying me I arrive only to be told my booking cannot be honoured. The clerk said the place had been sold and was not OYO as listed on the website and building. Of course I called Hotels, who I booked through and got a rude man with a strong accent that was hard to understand. He spoke with the clerk and made attempts to verify but the calls never went through. My children were in the car in varied states of consciousness and I repeatedly checked on them 43min, the clerk came back and I was relieved- but he just hung up in my face. I called back and explained the situation again, was kept on hold over 20min and hung up on AGAIN after nasty language by the clerk. I am burning up and almost in tears and my children are upset and needing bathroom breaks. The clerk at the hotel that WAS OYO offered to book a room for me only if mine was cancelled through the site. Hotels.com refused to release me and I was so frustrated and started to twitch from my medical conditions. Of course I called them once again, and this staff person was appalled and sent me to an agent to transferred my booking to the hotel across the street and gave me $75 credit one key cash. I was so thankful

The room was not clean. The floor had not been swept. That was all baby bottle left there. The walls were filthy. It was disgusting. There were stains on the floor. They gave me a new room the same thing I didn’t say anything to the guy at the front desk, I just went to another hotel
