Well located for what we wanted to do in Budapest. Approx 30 minute walk to city centre. Apartment was well kitted out. On face of it clean. Air con in living room only. TV only worked on internet. The bed bugs did bite...only one of us thankfully

I was robbed from my hotel room while we were away. Money was stolen from my luggage from my apartment. CCTV footage showed that that day, 2 cleaning ladies , entered our apartment. Police were informed by hotel manager and came to report. I think that the hotel/Residence are responsible of who they hire to take care of the hotel. To date, I still have heard nothing from both hotel or police since 4th Jan.

The furnishings are pure Ikea, very hard worn and grubby. The flooring has seen better days. The cushions on the sofa were grossly Vomit contaminated and dirty and we returned the worst to reception. The duvets did not bear up to an inspection under the covers and were disgusting. Obviously the owners do not care and nor do the cleaners. There is plenty of space and the heating works well (much needed with the outside temperatures). Would it hurt to actually attach the toilet seats correctly?

Great location, great facilities.. bathroom not up to standers of the rest of the apartment but not detrimental to the visit. Good value for money but not the highlight of the holiday. Would still recommend

I liked the friendly nature of the staff and even though rooms were basic, they were also quite clean and nice. However, before travelling we were told that the location is excellent - this is not the case. It is far from the city centre, granted it is close to a central metro line (a metro which is closed on weekends). But it takes roughly 30/40 minutes to walk to the city centre

Location was ok and facilities locally were excellent. apartment was spacious and perfect for myself and 2 grandsons, but was to what I regard as "student standard". If I was with my wife she wpould judge it lacking in comfort!

Friendly, helpful staff. Always happy to help with suggestions for good food or drink places. Property in good location- close to most of the big sights all within walking distance or if you are not a keen walker, the teams, buses and metro are very close!
