I think a lot of the people who have given this property such bad ratings previously have never been to California, nor know how to communicate with employees to remedy trivial issues. I had a fine stay at this property and it is most certainly a value property. No bells and whistles, just a convenient stay. The Staff: Everyone was super polite, especially the front desk women. They were able to accommodate all of my requests and did so in a timely manner The Room: You can tell this is an older property that was acquired and the new owners have tried to spruce up an old property. The room is nothing special, but pleasant enough. Hot shower, fair water pressure, A/C and heat, a tv, coffee maker etc. No frills, but not lacking. It's a fairly noisy property, you can hear your neighbors and when people walk by your room, but that really didn't bother me. Cleanliness: I wasn't super impressed with the cleanliness of my room. I told the people at the front desk my floor was dirty, and they sent cleaners to sweep and mop the floor. I think my only true gripe about cleanliness was the comforter on the bed had seen better days. It was pretty stained, but the bed itself didn't feel/seem dirty. Surrounding Area: This place is very ideal for travel. You're close to the highway and all sorts of entertainment. The property has a security patrol and external cameras. Bonus points for plenty of affordable restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The property’s location is convenient, and the parking is also a plus, with the option to park right outside your room door. However, the service from the staff was just below average. The clerk in the front seemed rushed, although there was only one other person in the lobby. The bed and pillows were not particularly comfortable, and there were people hanging out in the back corner parking lot all night.
