The shower was plumbed wrong and the hot water was very hot. The lights and jets in the Jacuzzi did not turn on for over 5 minutes after we had turned on the knob. The staff was very friendly.

Online said free Disney transportation but none was available. No blackout curtains and the wooden slabs did not close all the way, it was so bright from the courtyard lights that I could read. The fogged glass on the bathroom door did nothing for privacy, especially since it didn't close all the way. Shower had no hot water. Toilet was not cleaned causing bad smell in the whole room since the bathroom door didn't shut ll the way.

I was very disappointed in the toilet s at being broken and the absolute filth. Towels were all dirty with stains and pubic hair in them. I will never return to this hotel no matter the cost. I would include photos but this form won't let me. I started over 2 times.

stay was ok, would help if a ramp or elevator was available to carry all the luggage instead of taking the stairs. Closet-bathroom-shower area could be better. And more drawers for clothes.

The online pictures was very deceiving, the rooms need a deep cleaning. The walls had a lot of brown marks and the bathroom floor was really dirty. The only good thing was that it was close by stores and very close to Disneyland.

Location was good, but we had noisy neighbors that was playing music til 2am on a Monday night. Leaky, loud dripping water coming from the bathtub, no working outlets to charge electronics, remote controller for the television was not working. Overall, meh.

You get what you pay for.

Bathrooms and sinks were dirty, beds sucked, linens were stained, outlets were popping out of the drywall, WiFi never worked in my room, no phone to call front desk, but if you’re looking for somewhere just to sleep and shower, it’ll do fine.

The staff was nice not friendly but nice. The room was very big and spacious and loved the little side room and the fact there were two bathrooms. The dowmfall was the room wasn't very clean and the shower/bathtub was disgusting and clearly hadn't been clean. There wasn't enough towels for four people not that it mattered because we ended up not using the shower in eaither bathroom. Where our room was located was way far in the back. A group of transients were loitering in the parking lot area by where we have to park our car which I did not like because I felt like my car was going to be broken into. Someone had thrown up on the sidewalk where you walked to your room so we had to walk into the parking lot to get into our room so we wouldn't have to walk through the throw up. Nobody came to clean it up.

Rooms were clean and front desk service was great. Larger rooms and suites have not been updated like the smaller rooms. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Mainly waffles and cereal. Ran out of bread first day of our stay. No eggs or any breakfast meats. If you just need a bed for the night for a aingle or couple, you can't beat the price.

There was a cat in the room next to mine. The cat was meowing a lot and it was very loud. I had to ask to me relocated to another room. The front desk guy asked me 5 times if I left the room dirty, because they didn't have people to clean. The room was clean but it's very old, I needs some renovation.

This hotel was horrible. The front desk guy was playing computer games on his own personal computer and taking on his cellphone. The wifi didn't work but somehow the staff could still access the Internet. He also did not explain to me clear how to get to my room and it wasn't the cleanest the floor was dirty/ dusty. The bathtub did not drain and the little lotion and stuff they give you was all used. I will not be staying here again . My brother has a horrible experience as well they said their room smelt like cat pee which didn't surprise me I saw a room with a cat just hanging out in it. I do not recommend
