It was very convenient and staff was very helpful. It is outdated and the rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner and also the mattresses were uncomfortable but for just a night or two it works very well!

Roaches.. yuck The front desk checked in someone and gave them our room key. Luckily, we locked the top and the door didn’t open all the way. This was at 11:30 pm. We couldnt sleep after that scare. We had blinds and no curtains which was bright all night long. The front desk said there wasnt any 1st floor rooms, however, the parking lot was empty. Horrible.

Buena Park Hotel and Suites was better than expected. The room was perfect for a night for 2 people. Outback Steakhouse and Starbucks next door. Portos, Medieval Times, and Knott’s are walking distance. Love the free parking and breakfast and parking was real easy. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Disgusting brothel

It was filthy. The person upstairs was having extremly loud sexual events with multiple men coming and going all night. We checked in at 11pm.after a long day at knotts berry farm and this loud sexual situation went in until 4am again with multiple men coming and going. The woman was wearing high heels on fake hardwood floor. Doors opening and slaming all night. Thr front desk said they had no rooms to move us to so we got no sleep what so ever. The free breakfast had to be consumed in this small area and could.not take an apple or yougurt back to the crappie room. My poor daughter is now exhausted at her last day of summer st knotts berry farm. Disgusted by s hotel allowing a brothel of sex being sold right abouve my head. And yes i know for sure that is what was going on due tonhearing every discussion surrounding payment followed by sexually explicit sounds.

First room we got, there was rat poop in the sheets. Asked for a discount. Was given another room, where there was ants and other bugs in the bed. Just not a clean place. Nice people at the desk though.

The hotel was well located, but the room we were assigned needed more cleaning behind the beds. The furniture is old, and the bathroom door is a sliding glass door that doesn't close completely, so there's no privacy. There's plenty of parking, and breakfast is included.

First two sets of keyscdidnt work, and when we got back from knotts at 11pm they had to change is to another room as bathroom floor was flooded. They shoukd have refunded some portion of my room. Bathtub/showers should be replaced. The temp of shower is one temperatured can even have your shower how u like it. Lots of people hanging out on property drinking, etc

This is my second time staying there and it was as relaxing as the first time. I mostly used uber to get to and from the park and that saved us lots of money for our stay. Staff is friendly and respectful.
