My kids and I stayed here for my son’s birthday and the staff was amazing. From the cake, card, and treats that staff left in the room for him, to answering all my questions and helping with all our requests, they went above and beyond and were always kind. Everything was clean. The room was large and well laid out. Pool was the perfect temp and the hot tub wasn’t too hot. Definitely will be staying here next time we’re in Buffalo

Have had bad past experiences at Hyatt properties. Havent stayed at one in a long time, 9-10 years I'd say, glad i decided to stay at this one in buffalo, it was very clean, employees were very friendly and helpful. The easy access TV hookups at the bottom of the tv were nice so we could easily hook up our own devises, never seen that before. Great job stepping up your game.
