The staff is pleasant and willing to help you. My sister and I use a walker, the staff helped us with our luggage etc. This will be our place of choice when visiting our sister in South Burlington.

Convenient location right off the highway but can be tricky to pull in and out due to high traffic (e.g. hard to exit property and get into left turn lane to get onto highway, depending on time of day). It's definitely nothing fancy but fine for a quick stay. It is important to note that even the first floor rooms have short flights of stairs you have to go up and down to get into your room, so this property isn't suitable for someone with mobility challenges.

This place is a bit scary.

The room is outdated. There are stains everywhere including floor, ceilings and curtains. The light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling and there is mold behind the sink. The mattresses need to be changed out as when you lay on them you sink into the coils. So uncomfortable. A spot light outside shined through the curtains so it was never dark in our room. There is rust on almost every fixture throughout the room.

Hello. I would like to express my feelings regarding my short stay. The room next door was very noisy and people talking in the corridor were like they were in the room with me. The ceiling tiles are stained with dark markings and in the morning at 4 am I found a cockroach that I caught with a glass and left for the cleaning staff. Very disappointed with my short stay of 6 hours. I wouldn’t suggest staying here to friends or family.

The facility was nice for kids. Both of my kids liked the place and they felt free to move around. Place was cleanly maintained. Staff was professional and friendly. As art of the booking, the offer was continental breakfast and complement. Breakfast was grab and go, but with decent items. There was a Target in front of the facility and I could purchase what is needed in addition.

Disappointed but tolerable

This inn was outdated and not what we expected. Based on photos and descriptions of the 3-star inn, we were hoping that it would be nicer than a small town 2-star inn we had stayed the previous few nights, but that was not the case. The entire room and bathroom was worn and very outdated. The bathroom sink was not even in the bathroom area and the faucet had two different types of handles. Lots of small details just took away from the comfort element of the stay and made the environment feel old, worn, and overlooked. It suited our basic needs for our stay before travel, but I wish that I had just paid a little more and stayed in a regular hotel for the last night of our trip instead.

The room was very dirty. We did not have towels and the staff acted like we took the towels and were upset when we insisted, we needed towels. Bathroom was small - only had tub and towel and still did not have enough room to undress. Floor in bathroom cracked. Ceiling was stained. The worse place I even had to stay. Do not recommend to anyone.

Where to begin? Floor tiles in bathroom cracked. Mold around bathroom fan and on shower curtain. Room curtains lacked hooks so never closed completely, thus people on nearby street have full view into room 24/7. Outside lights for hotel security shone directly into room. Could read a book at midnight without room lights turned on. No grab bars in shower. No blanket on bed. Back of quilted bedspread torn. Dead bolt does not work. Grim. Do not stay here despite exterior appearances.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property itself needs a lot of upgrading. Beds were comfortable. Rug and upholstered chair were in desperate need of shampooing or replacement. Bathroom had cracked floor tile and small ants roving occasionally. Limited towels, no floor bath mat, but towels were changed out daily.
