When I first checked in and went to the room I was assigned, it was not the room I booked. I booked a room with a king bed and a pullout sofa bed. I wanted a spacious room plus a large enough bed to be able to toss and turn without pushing my boyfriend off the bed, so it had to be a king bed. The room I was given was a standard room with a queen bed. I went back to the hotel associate and explained this wasn't what I booked and definitely not what I paided for (I prepaid, the king bed w/sofa room was significantly more than a standard queen). I told him, don't care if it has the sofa bed or not but it has to be a king bed. Without issues he was able to switch my room to an even more spacious room. Bed was super comfortable, place was extremely clean and staff was friendly.

Very disappointing!!! Our room was freezing we walked in and the cold hit us temp maybe 40 degrees in the room. No heat on!! Turned on the heater just luke warm air. We sat in our coats for over 2 hours and it never warmed up till the middle of the night was so uncomfortable. Went to the front desk to ask why it was so cold reply was to save money cause it cost so much to heat. Ok so….. when I said it was so cold like 40 in there his reply was that’s not cold when I repeated oh yes it is his response once again was no it’s not! He did offer another room but that was just as cold. Also the hot water was just Luke warm didn’t shower cause it wasn’t warm enough to take one. When you know that room is reserved put the damn heat on and turn the water temp up!!! We’ve stayed here a lot over the last 5 years and was always a great place clean, quiet, friendly staff. Not sure what happened but I’m not sure if we will ever stay again!!!

Check in was a breeze. Young woman at the front desk was friendly. Room was ready and very clean. The bed was comfortable and we found the hotel very quiet. The complimentary breakfast didn’t have a lot of choices. Overall we would stay again for the price.
