This is simply a place to sleep. It is clean and has all the amenities you need. The room is bare minimum and the bed is rock hard but I can't complain at all when it comes to cleanliness and customer service.

There was a hockey tournament in town and there were kids running up and down the hall all day long. I talked to the front desk and was told that they would take care of it. But the noise continued

Housecleaning Staff Issues with Integrity

Don’t forget any valuables in your room here!! The lost and found is for show apparently as I made this error leaving a garment of value in my room hanging up in the washroom, checked out, remembered by suppertime after the housecleaning lady went home, only by then to discover she either took it or garbaged it! No lost and found necessary :( No attempt to replace it. Very disappointing in what was an otherwise perfect place to stay every time before that. Stayed here many times before but can’t say that I’ll ever be back after that fiasco with me the customer left empty handed!
