The staff was welcoming. Room was very clean and had plenty drink. The only downfall was that the dining and entertainment options were limited. Would still recommend. Great for kids.

There was a huge construction area in the facility next door with extensive noise and debris all over so obviously the views were disturbing with all the construction workers and dust all over. I will never stayed in this hotel specially traveling with kids. Hotel staff was friendly but unfortunately food wasn’t good.

We three stayed for 4 nights, and we like the Kids carrying. One girl I forget her name she is very nice to take care of my girl. She is caring and very patient. I will post her picture. I also like the poolside bar… very cool and convenient.. Room clean and quiet.. don’t like restaurants reservations it is too hard to book the reservation.. even booked the reservation , so strict about men shoes.. my husband had sandals on and they refused him. We had dinner separately because of the dressing codes..not much choices for dinner

It was small but cute and family friendly. Food by pool delicious and pizza and the breakfast buffet. The dinners were a hit and miss. They don’t have a Cancun sign for pictures. Rooms are small.

When arriving early to do check-in did not get enough information about what I could do at the hotel what to do with my stuff did not know about the lockers until the last day . Food was good service of the staff was good. Just need more information at check-in front desk staff. Did not like noise from next-door of the building of a new hotel.

Our stay at GR Solaris Cancun was far from what we expected. The biggest issue was the food- it was honestly terrible. The food was not fresh, cold , greasy and felt like cafeteria quality at best. The buffet area didn't feel clean. We got so sick ( food poisoning) we ended up moving to another hotel after only one night at GR Solaris. The pictures on expedia did not match what we saw when we arrived. The rooms and facilities were outdated and nothing as advertised For the money we spent, we expected way better. This was unacceptable. I do not recommend this resort and would never come back.
