Affordable luxury when looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Staff is very attentive and friendly, the pool is nice and cool to chill from the sun and the amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. What sells this hotel are the stunning views to the ocean for sunrise or lagoon for sunset. Food was ok but nothing extravagant - restaurants available serve either buffet, Asian cuisine or Mediterranean....all three are decent but not extraordinary. The fact that its close to the end of the hotel strip makes it a more chill and quiet experience with we enjoyed.

I had a terrible experience at ÓLEO Cancún. The junior suite was no different than a regular room, and there was mold everywhere. The staff were rude and unhelpful, often ignoring guests unless tipped. At check-in, when we mentioned it was our anniversary, the receptionist basically said that we would need to pay extra for any special amenities, and we received nothing complimentary. There were no gifts, no notes, no champagne. Additionally, the beach service was nearly nonexistent, and the pool area was always crowded with insufficient seating. Overall, a very disappointing stay for our special occasion.
