The resort is really small and the food is not that great. You are allowed to go to the sister hotel but your all inclusive does not apply there. The activities listed are not done either. The staff was super friendly

This All-inclusive resort is not what I'm use to, only 2 restaurants Hibatchi and Buffet available for All-inclusive, the entertainment was low budget, I'm use to performers in their costumes and acrobatics like a Las Vegas show everything here closes at 11pm. I felt like I was in a retirement home. Two weeks was too long for me, on Expedia booking page it said at check-in at resort only pay taxes which was $52, I end up paying $196 which covered $10 per day and sanitation fee, which I was not aware of this, I texted Expedia reference of the situation Expedia gave me a portion back into my account. The staffing here are very nice and helpful, I want to shout out to my favorite bartenders, México and Irvin when my glass was low they made sure it was filled and always with a smile also to the helpful and very nice housekeepers, sweet Jared, and Esmerald who helped me when my leg was swollen brought me ice pack and helped me walk down the stairs. Also Armando very nice and always with a smile. At the buffet I loved my mussels and shrimps where the very nice Chefs accommodate me everyday which I loved. The rooms were very spacious with a 2 layer floor levels which is nice but I like everything on 1 level, also a jacuzzi on the patio. There is 3 hotels associated with Sunset Marina that you can visit but you have to pay for drinks and food there. Room service was always in a timely manner a few likes on the menu. I met alot of tourists from all over here that are very nice in good

The staff was very friendly and property was aesthetically nice. The resort could have had more entertainment/ things for guests to do, more restaurants available (with the all inclusive package), a shuttle to the airport that is included, and overall just more for all inclusive guests that doesn’t charge extra.

For us, this was the perfect holiday. It's an all-inclusive, but without everything being so "full on" as you might find in larger resorts - perfect as a couple with a young child. It doesn't have everything, of course, but it has more than enough to be ideal for the 10 days we spent there. Good pool, tasty food, decent drinks and above all a group of people who never hesitated to make our experience enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Alejandro, Ruben, Gonzalo, Lizeth, Gabriel, Hector, David and Irvin and Dafne at the bar! We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were there for the Super Bowl party and it was amazing. I like to give a shout out to Flora, who was very accommodating when we needed to change rooms. To all the staff from the Bellman to the waiter and waitresses and especially the bartenders and cleaning service, great bunch of people there !

Cancun at it's best

Property was clean, the staff unbelievably excellent for a resort, food was 5 star with a large choices, my room was basically an apartment with a beautiful view and finally it was not overcrowded with a reasonable number of quests. i will definitely recommend this resort.
