My husband and I arrived at Country Inn Suites in Port Canaveral, FL 1 day before our cruise sailed. For a small fee Country Inn Suites offers a shuttle to our Cruise Line.

AC wasn't working properly and staff said it was motion sensored and if not in the room doesn't blow as much and then when asked how that works when your sleeping staff said it recognizes that door key was scanned and opened which makes it recognize room is occupied until door is opened again. Waited in room for an hour and still didn't work good so my husband walked over to unit to check and floor was soaked, called the front desk and there had been a shift change and that staff was very helpful and gave us another room right away. Everything else was good though

Overall our stay was good. The hotel staff was great and our room was clean. The bathroom system in our room was backed up and overflowed every time we took a bath or brushed our teeth. We only stayed a night so it wasn’t too bad. This hotel is close to the cruise port and offer a shuttle service to the port for a low price.
