The hot tub was very welcoming after a day of walking. Our room was ready early for us. For a room with 4 people there were not enough towels. We also got no room service during the stay. The bar/restaurant was nice but food service ended early so we lost out on dinner. The breakfast was ok. On Saturday morning we could tell they were very understaffed as the desk was left unstaffed for nearly 30 minutes with guests eagerly waiting.
