Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Lake View. This Villa, situated on one of the sought-after Eight Lakes, has incredible views over the water. Gulf-access waterfront!

Located in the prestigious Eight Lakes in Cape Coral. This fully furnished Villa with an open concept, and cathedral ceiling is perfect for indoor as well as outdoor entertaining. The disappearing sliding doors allows for direct views of the pool and lake. Enjoy lounging around in the master bedroom which includes a king size bed and private bath. The guest bedrooms feature a king and two twin beds, and they share a bathroom. For those who can't do without, the house also has a small office. Villa Lake View is located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from shopping, golf courses and Fort Myers, close to Sanibel and Captiva Island. It is a great location for both boaters and those who love to fish. Come enjoy the panoramic views of the lake with gorgeous sunsets and create new memories!

Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

Villa Lake View is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign.

Beautiful Cape Coral

The house is well stocked and had lots of miscellaneous kitchen items that we needed throughout our stay, ex. Citrus juicer, plastic wrap, Tupperware, multiple cooler sizes, keurig and a drip coffee maker. The pool is beautiful and had sun all day long, and they provided pool toys. We also had a good selection of gear for beach days. We used some fishing poles off the dock with our kids which was a great evening activity. The house is well maintained and was the perfect location. I would definitely look to book again!

Fantastic Stay!

The home was exactly as described! It was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. Fishing off the dock was fantastic! Floating in the pool was perfect! The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood were great!

Excellent Property

We could not have asked for a better property. Listing was accurate. Beautiful, clean home. Living room opens up to the pool area with a wonderful view of the lake. Three bedrooms, all comfortable. If you are looking for a great property for a trip to Cape Coral/Fort Myers area this is it.
