I requested well in advance for two things only one was granted , no connecting rooms but I asked not to be near an elevator but I was in a room near an elevator and laundry room. I forgot to put on my door knob Do Not Disturb and I received a few Knocks at my Door at 8:15 am when checking out is at 11am , I complained to The General Manager he said it was my fault for not putting the do not disturb sign and I have stayed at Many Hotels in my Life and no one has ever knocked at my door and he said in His Thirty years as a Hotel Manager he has Always Done This in order to clean the rooms. He needs to show a little bit of sympathy with his Guests and he could had apologized and still said what he needed to say. His tone was Not Professional!

Room was spacious and neat. Really loved the full sized refrigerator and kitchen accommodations. Breakfast was great. Didn't like having to pay for parking but enjoyed my stay.

Not as good as ladt year

Firstly paid guest had to pay $12 per night to park. Our room reeked of curry. Missing silverware in kitchen. Was not told that housekeeping was upon request only. Stayed here ladt year. Much different and a bit disappointing. We stay here for convenience onlly.
