First of all there was a USED DIRTY WET bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. It gets better though, after carrying our stuff up 2 flights of steps to our room, we decided to go out and grab something for dinner. When we walked out of the room and tried the door behind us to make sure it was closed and locked only to find out if you gave the door a good push while holding the door knob down the door pops right open. I REFUSED to stay in a room for 2 night for what I had just paid. I went down to the front desk and the girl was VERY nice and apologetic and asked me to please come back in the morning and say how unacceptable this was. She was looking for a different room to put me in and in the meantime a gentleman that she referred to as “Roger” (not sure if he was the manager or owner or what) and explained the situation. He honestly did not believe me until I showed him the proof of the door in a video I had taken with my phone. The only thing he offered to do was move me rooms. Never offered any money back for the inconvenience or anything. We have been going to Carlisle for 5 years now for Truck Nationals and I can guarantee you I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again. I will pay the extra money to have a decent place to stay. The beds are ABSOLUTELY horrible and the pillows were a disgrace as well. The blanket on the bed consisted of a sheet, no comforter, just a sheet.
I was a little disappointed, our first night the room was not cleaned, beds were not even made bathroom was not cleaned and laundry was not done. No fresh towels soap or shampoo
Elva at the front desk was wonderful and very kind. She went above and beyond to make our stay good. She also helped a friend of ours with the same kindness. Also the young man in the breakfast room was great, but I don't know his name. We will stay there again in the future.
We were in town for the car show , the room we got was clean but run down , air conditioner worked great , tv didn’t work but to be fair I never complained about it,
Toilette bouchée, chambre malpropre, lit couinait! On a payé un surplus pour changer de chambre qui était un peu mieux! Le déjeuner compris, il y avait que des rôties pain blanc ( que l’employé a manipulé avec ses mains sans les laver et sans gants), il y avait des céréales mais fallait demander pour du lait. Environnant malpropre partout dans l’hôtel) Résultat plus jamais cet hôtel
Nasty place, junky one. Two guests were fighting terrible at the breakfast time. The sofa in our room seems like you picked up from the street!!! I want my money back !!!
My room was not ready. They had to give me another room. They said it was a non smoking room. The whole building had a very strong smell of smoke. Woke up with a sore throat. Room was not that clean. Another person came to the desk when I was checking in and saiid that he had bugs in his room
