The airport shuttle was not available to use. I booked this hotel because it said an airport shuttle was included. I asked a young lady at the front desk a day before my departure if I needed to schedule my shuttle. She advised that I can just come during checkout and get shuttle. At the time of check out I was told that the shuttle would have needed to be ordered 24 hours before hand. Even though I asked a day before about that. We were told they can order a taxi for us but we would need to pay. I ended up just booking an uber but very disappointed that the amenity I already paid for was not included and staff gave incorrect information.

Our stay was amazing! The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very amazing and accommodating to us when our flights were cancelled and we had to stay another night. The gentleman at the front desk even put us in direct contact with the airline. Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Cartagena as it’s also within distance from the Historical Center and Getsemaní!

We have been to Cartagena 6 times in the last 3 years. We found the hotel expensive compared to what we have stayed in before and i think it is geard towards corporate clients that gets a corporate discount. The view from our room was straight in to another building. Breakfast was average. We were there for one week, and the printer in the businesss center did not work the whole week, so we had to ask the receptionist to print. The swimming pool was nice. Staff was excellent.

I had an excellent experience during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Manga. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and comfortable my room was. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and daily housekeeping. The hotel’s amenities were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served really good meals. I also enjoyed spending time at the pool and fitness center, both of which were clean and well-maintained. The customer service was exceptional — every team member was friendly and eager to help, going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free hotel close to El Centro. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!
