Friendly staff, dirty room

Staff were friendly, room was so dirty. Floors were not vacuumed and there were several spots in the carpet that were hard from spilt food. The bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had grainy residue that you couldn’t get rid of. The beds only have 2 pillows and we asked for 2 additional pillows we were told they were out. I would not stay again. Cleanliness is a priority for me.

We booked a room for pool side. When we checked in they over booked and we didn’t get the room we paid for. Along with the room we got at first was extremely dirty and trash everywhere on the floor. Our electronic keys didn’t work three different time having to walk back and forth to the front desk. Making things very inconvenient. Next morning told the front desk about our complaints and they were able to get us a pool side room after one had open up. At 1pm. This room was a little bit cleaner than the last but still was dirty wasn’t vacuum. It was noticeable that the cleaning job was rushed.

You can tell the property is old and out of date. Had problems every day of my stay getting the key card to work. I was there for 3 days and housekeeping never came until the day I was leaving. Appreciate the free daily breakfast and location.

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast and cozy beds! My only complaint, is the guy who checked us in was not very forth coming with directions to our room, what time and where breakfast was and I didnt even get a wifi password from him. I get it, it was late, but as tired travelers, these things are key. Other than that, it was a nice place and reasonabley priced.

Couldn't get in the room

Toilet didn't flush the first 3 times. After check in, the plastic keys didn't work on the door. Had to have maintenance come to the door just to get into the room. The chair for the desk looked like something from the 80s that a kid would sit in. Not even remotely impressed with this property.

Good for the value

Took a bit to get into our room, not sure where the desk attendant was at the time of our arrival. When he arrived, things ran smoothly. Room was good but could use a cleaning, dust bunnies behind the chair was moderate.

It was not very clean at all in the hallways. You could exactly where the vacuum had not reached in months. We could not get into the building or our room and had to go to front desk multiple times and then it was me that finally called and said I think it the reader. They sent maintenance which he got it opened and he said he was going to be back to fix it. We waited and waited but had to leave as we had to be somewhere. We come back and it had not been fixed. so we had to call the front desk again for them to send maintenance and he said he forgot to come back and fix it. So then he fixed it finally.
