Nice staff. But I was unable to get the fan on the thermostat to stay on unless it was actively heating or cooling. I usually use this to block outside noise, so I was awakened all hours by traffic/sirens and sounds of hotel doors & other guests alarms. The bed was also much too firm, which was super disappointing - I had been very much looking forward to sinking into one of Marriott's reliably comfortable beds. Very clean, new, great design & decor, and staff was very nice

The reason I’m was nice, would like to have had a real ironing board. Not just a table top, when there not a table to put it on. There could be better lighting. Breakfast food was good.

I’ve stayed here several times visiting my son at the naval base. I just love this hotel and the employees. They are very friendly and welcoming. My favorite part, there is a stray cat that has been “living” there for years. Of course the employees feed her and so do the guests!

Breakfast needs to include more than just coffee and juice for drinks and I was disappointed we were put in a room on the first floor by the breakfast area so it was really loud. The people above us were super loud. I had literally asked for a quiet room because we are literally sleeping and leaving. We got there at like 9 o’clock and we left at 6:30.

I feel like I have been robbed! Tried to cancel 2 weeks ago and was told there was no record of my reservation. I was sent back and forth from the hotel to the company I made the reservation through and back and forth and back and forth. My card was charged anyway and now no one wants to take responsibility for the mix up or lack of doing their job. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! IS THERE A SCAM GOING ON? I WILL REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! YOU WILL NOT JUST KEEP MY MONEY. THINGS HAPPENED AND I FOLLOWED THE PROCESS!!!!
