Do not trust this hotel.I left my room to go to breakfast and came back to housekeeping in my room going through my belongings they removed photos from my picture frame causing damage to the photo and I had to ask for my frame back from housekeeping . I reached out to hotel management and let’s say I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Stay at your own risk.

Check in went smooth! You do have to pay for parking. Clean on the outside as well as inside. Staff friendly and helpful! Room was clean, bathroom clean, everything worked as normal! Breakfast is pretty good depends on what you have an appetite for but they have many different options. Checkout went smooth. One small hiccup was when housekeeping knocked on the door on the day we were to checkout. It was around 10am I believe but checkout isn’t until 12pm I had to inform her. I thought they usually let them know which rooms check out that day so common curtesy would be not to knock on the door hours prior to check out. Nonetheless everything great! Highly recommend!

Don’t like the fact of charging for parking. I am a guest so parking should be free as it was before.People are blaming Covid and inflation for The reason why they’re charging people more in so many things. It’s unfair to guest who are already paying to stay there, amenities, food, and patronize with businesses around the city. That’s my only disappointment.

Nice and clean, but had to pay to park

Property was exceptionally clean snd staff was friendly. The beds are comfy and bathroom spotless. The only reason i gave 4 stars is the parking fee. Really guys, this is getting ridiculous. Its a wide open lot that was never full. Even the 2 star properties do not charge, you're not that special.

We signed up for shuttle as required. 3 of us signed. A family of 6-8 hurried right past us into the van even tho we were waiting FIrst and my wife had a 4 wheel walker. An employee came out verifying only 3. She should have asked that rude family to get off. We had to wait for next shuttle. Luckily it had room. My wife was pretty upset.
