Hotel is completely dated and everything is in poor condition. Paint chipping everywhere, broken tiles, and bathroom and holes in carpet made it a veryunpleasant stay. Entire hotel needs to be redone.

Needs a serious cleaning

We stayed here prior to an early morning flight out of CLT. This place is filthy. The carpet is extremely dirty. Our room reeked of animal urine and the hallways smelled like weed. I’m not sure if our sheets were clean as the animal smell over powered everything else. This could be a really nice place but it’s in need of a serious deep cleaning and remodeling. Would not stay again.

The price was good for a one night stay but the hotel is in bad condition with dirty carpets, chipped paint, torn curtains etc. the staff were pleasant. I liked the set up in the room with microwave and fridge in a cupboard.

Customer service was good! I was disappointed due to I have stayed at other LaQuinta inns and never have been disappointed like I was for this work trip. Bed was comfy and once burned candles in bedroom for a few days I made the best. But Hallways carpets were very dirty and the elevators barely worked and had to switch out keys to door everyday automatically demagnetized.

It was absolutely horrible. If I would have seen the room before I paid, I would have left instantly. My boyfriend wanted to leave even after we paid. We were both scared to take a shower because it was gross.

I stay at La Quinta in Charlotte NC (since 2007) on my way to Florida because of its easy off/on for I-81. It is adequate for my needs.

The property is in desperate need of a proper cleaning. All the carpeting is filthy and smells. I almost didn’t want to lay down in the room. I’m disappointed how they let the property go down so badly. Not a good look for Wyndham!

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been in. As soon as you walk in the lobby, it absolutely disgusting. Stains and black spots everywhere on the carpet. No air conditioning on, so I was sweating the entire check in time. It took forever to get checked in even though I did preregistration. The entire 3rd floor that we were on smelled like marijuana. I will never use Laquinta again and definitely would not recommend.
