Of all the places I stayed in our 10-day trip to Thailand, this was the STAR. The facility was beautiful, traditional and so fun to walk around. The room was also beautiful, well stocked and clean. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The breakfast, though small, had a mix of traditional Thai foods and western foods and I really enjoyed it. I especially enjoyed the fresh, made to order coffee. The location was perfectly set for walking around Chiang Mai’s old town. If I ever return to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is meticulously maintained and the room beautifully decorated. Staff is friendly, courteous, and super helpful. We appreciated the welcome snack and tea at check-in as well as the basket of complimentary snacks, ramen, and bottles of water in the room. Location is excellent inside the old city and within a short distance to the night market. The only complaint we had was the lack of hand towels and wash cloths, which should be an easy fix.

My son and I visited this hotel. The staff was very friendly! The hotel pool and breakfast were amazing. This was a step up from the bungalow but it was very authentic! We enjoyed the muay Thai fight and night market. We also did visit temples and took a dip in the pool. We will be back!!! Thank you! Namaste.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was very comfortable with a balcony view of the pool. Great location for markets and shops and 5 min walk to the Sunday market which starts at 5pm and finishes at midnight.

This is a dram of a hotel in a quiet area of the Old City. The hotel itself is amazing, with beautiful common spaces and rooms (the terracotta theme from the family factory that -owns the hotel adds to the magic). Breakfast is generous and the pool is very good, especially considering that this is a dense residential and historic area. Very nice location that is close to the sights of the Old city. Easy access to amenities but very quiet! All the staff were truly amazing - something that makes the stay particularly special. All in all, the hotel is superb and will make your stay in this most amazing city truly special.

I was very excited about staying at this property, the pictures and reviews were captivating. This hotel is beautiful but what actually stood out the most were the incredibly gracious staff at the front desk. They were so welcoming and helpful. Dinner reservations, sightseeing recommends and even last minute laundry were taken care of. The room was spotless. We opted to have breakfast included. It was fairly basic in comparison to other places we stayed in Thailand. That would be the only part I would reconsider if I were to do it again- it just didn't match the vibe. Otherwise, the uniqueness of this place will stay with me.
