I didn't like that fact that I had to pay an additional $24.00 for parking. That was insane. For that reason alone I will NEVER patronize this location ever again and I will encourage my colleagues to follow suit

Our first time staying at this location. And we loved it. The staff were great. Nicole, sorry if your name isn’t spelled correctly, she checked us in and was very polite and was a great big help. Also the housekeeper on our floor was passing by and I was having a hard time with fixing the temperature of the room and she called someone like she said she would and got them to come and adjust it for us while I went to the pool to relax. Came back to a cozy warm room. Thank you so much for that!! Really appreciate the nice conversation as well with the other house keeper downstairs cleaning the area by the coffee. Over all great staff. Hope to come back very soon. Loved it.

We did NOT like the fact that they wanted to charge us $24.00 to park our car there overnight after paying for the room. This is ridiculous & unheard of. Will never stay there again
