Fool me once? Shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. You will not get a third time. First room they assigned WREAKED of urine. Second room? Cigarettes?! In a non-smoking motel?! My tv?! Didn’t work the ENTIRE night. Lastly?! Guests with pets should be on ONE central floor. You run the risk of guests after the pets having allergic reactions. I will be reaching out to whomever can issue me a partial refund.

Manager and Asst Manager are fantastic. Friendly and meet your needs. Cleaning crew were very good and I received great treatment. Vending machines are horrible, always empty. Not great because the nearest store is 4 blocks away if you want a snake and soda. Need a new service.
