Hotel is too old, it was dirty, we had cockroach and millipede in the room, no heater/cooker, no safe in the room, microwave was very dirty. I would never stay here. Breakfast was okay. Staff were okay. Even after complaining about the bugs they did nothing.

I would not recommend this hotel. The location itself wasn’t great, and the experience only went downhill from there. As soon as I entered the room, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, despite booking a non-smoking room. The room was also noticeably dirty, which made it uncomfortable to settle in. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work at all. When I brought these issues to the front desk, the staff member on duty seemed uninterested and made no real effort to resolve the situation. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave the hotel at 3 a.m. and search for another place to stay, not an easy task at that hour. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. The only positive part was that the manager called me in the morning to personally apologize and take steps to resolve the horrible experience.

Excellent stay!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Arlington Heights - Schaumburg and it was well worth it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had left the hotel without a jacket of ours that we forgot in the hotel closet and when calling the staff, they were more than willing to help us out in having our jacket returned to us via shipping and let us know the procedure in order to do so. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago!

Breakfast area seemed a bit disheveled. We also checked in late and the night manager seemed bothered by our arrival and more focused on other things. Maybe he was fixing something or taking care of urgent biz in the hotel, so could be excused if that was the case.
