The property was fine. My issue wsd when I booked the room I was quoted a rate of $116. I used Trivago, I am Canadian, traveling in Canada. The desk clerk gave me a higher rate $140, saying the the quote was in U.S. $ I think I was taken! Waswas in U

Parking for myself was terrible, we require accessible parking, they only have 1 spot within walking distance to the main entrance, the rest are designed for small cars. There is many spots in the parking garage, but the access is too short for many vehicles and is not well marked with signs, then the. Outside ones near the main entrance are always taken by cars that should be parked in the garage, but again no signs to let people know about it.

The room was so dirty. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, the shower head was broken and leaked, and every time you open the bathroom door the broken hair dryer fall off the wall. The "continental breakfast" was a gross smell pile of hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Paying to sleep somewhere this filty is wrong. The rooms need a deep clean the hallways smell filty.
