The area is nice due ti the proximity of eateries. However, the parking and parking options are not optimal for guests. I was told if I pad for parking that was off site, that entrances and exits would be unlimted for each day I paid for, which was not accurate. This caused payment of additional fees on top of what the hotel charges. Also, the breakfast options were limited in comparison to other Fairfield locations I have stayed in and they only allow certain forms of payment, which is not advertised.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast bar in the morning had way more options than I expected. It is within walking distance to University of Cincinnati. Would definitely stay again.

This is an ideal location for visiting UC. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend requesting a lower floor (elevators can be slow during peak hours) so you can take the stairs. I’d also recommend not having street view as it is a college town and can be loud. The view of the little alley isn’t very scenic but is quiet

Very clean and friendly!

Seems very new and incredibly clean. My only issue was confusion on parking upon arrival. If you park in the attached garage marked for Target shoppers, you can go to Level 2 to find spots not saved for Target. Then the hotel can validate your parking ticket. It costs $15 for one exit or $18 for unlimited exits. My room was perfect and the breakfast was good.
