"Although the service at this hotel was good, the pool area was enjoyable and well maintained, and the breakfast was nice, unfortunately, the room experience was disappointing. The less expensive rooms do not have actual windows; instead, they have a glass walls facing the hallway, which was not made clear at the time of booking and felt misleading. Noise was also a major issue. Despite the rooms being marketed as soundproof, they were anything but. Music and party noise from downstairs carried all the way up to the rooms and continued late into the night, although we upgraded the rooms to be further from the main area, making it difficult to rest. Given that this hotel is one of the most expensive options in the area, the lack of transparency and the poor sound insulation were especially frustrating, as you would reasonably expect a higher standard for the price."
