The instructions for check-in and parking were nonexistent. There was a parking garage two minutes from the hotel that was free parking. During our stay, we paid $50 for a valet kind of frustrated about that, there was no instructions in the hotel anywhere in the room or upon check-in instructions about where to find the pool. And when I left behind a bag of clothes and called the front desk, they report that it was never turned in.

I booked my stay months in advance , when we arrived (3 women ) our room had been canceled. I booked double beds , ehen I called 2days before to inform that I would need a late check in. I was informed that I would have to accept a king bed for 3 women. The hotel knew that all double bed rooms were under construction and never notified lodgers that issue. I accepted a. Bunk bed room because we had too much money invested jn the trip. When we arrive at the hotel the nite clerk wasn't informed by her relief , that our reservation was a late check in and she canceled the reservation. This was complete disaster.
