The staff was horrible. Went to check in and the employee Michael was in the middle of checking us in when another lady came up and he took her in instead of us and was very rude. The other lady who eventually ended up checking me in was also rude, asking me for a credit card and swiped my card without telling me why or communicating. She just handed me the key card also and didn’t communicate where to go or anything. Overall the staff in general was very rude and it was very disheartening

Paid for breakfast when I made reservation. It was a buffet. It was average at best. Very little variety. There were no ice machines available at all. Was told they had one on the fifth floor. When I went to use it. There was no ice machine there at all. Stayed in the middle of the week. One night reasonable rates. The second night was over $500. Not worth the money!

Not very clean and amenities were not working. We moved to a new room because of issues with our first room but the second room smelled of urine and was grimy. I’ll stay somewhere else next time I’m in Cleveland

Stayed there as it was close to Progressive Field. Literally less than 10 minute walk to the ballpark. Pulled right up front to valet my truck. Staff was great and super accommodating! Definitely a plus in my book. Only negative I can honestly say is could have been a little cleaner in areas. Wasn’t dirty, but wasn’t spotless as I’d expect for for this type of property.

The room was nice but there was garbage left from previous guest. The battery apparently died for our keycard and they decided to change it an hour before we left. Hidden cost include parking; there’s nothing on website saying you have to pay additional for parking whether in parking garbage or valet. Conveniently located and within walking distance to places.
