Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Ugh. This was supposed to be just a quick and easy say over for the weekend while at Silverwood.
We knew it had limited amenities, which was totally fine because we weren’t spending much time there.
The front desk guy seemed checked out or only half knew what was going on for check in.
The wifi had been down, and gave us no info when it would be coming back.
Our rooms:
The carpet is our one room was so… damp? Moist? Chemically wet?
It was bizzarre.
You walked In and got instantly hit with a heavy wet air chemical smell that we couldn’t get rid of.
I asked for a new room or come and check for herself, it nothing really happened. We didn’t get moved.
The AC was on, but it didn’t seem like that.
It made the beds uncomfortable too.
Breakfast the second day had options. First day was like fighting in a football game to grab any morsel of food. Room way too small to house more than 8-9 people and yet there was over 20 in there.
Wanted to have it as a quick and easy. Ended up being just a super budget mess.
You get what you pay for.
