Our stay was just one night, but we had a mix of experiences worth mentioning. Unfortunately, our check-in experience left much to be desired. The front desk receptionist who assisted us was neither warm nor welcoming. Her demeanor was curt, and she seemed disinterested, which set a less-than-ideal tone for our arrival. In contrast, the overnight receptionist was absolutely WONDERFUL. She greeted us w/a smile both when we headed to our evening Gala and upon our return. When we passed through the lobby, she made an effort to make us feel welcome. Her positive energy truly made a difference and stood out during our stay! The next morning during check-out, we encountered the same receptionist who checked us in. Unfortunately, the experience was again disappointing. She was on the phone and did not acknowledge us, even after I had been standing there for 5 minutes. (a simple I'll be with you shortly would've sufficed.) I ended up stepping outside for a moment, then returned and left a written note asking to be checked out. Regarding our room, we stayed in Room 108. The AC unit was quite disruptive, despite being set to 73 degrees, it repeatedly turned on and off throughout the night, making a loud and disturbing noise that kept my husband and I up. Aside from the AC issue and the daytime receptionist, our stay was fine. The hotel is fine overall, but I recommend maintenance take a look at the AC in Room 108, and that the receptionist receives customer service training.

The shower curtain didn't contain the water very well creating wet spots on the floor. Staff was great at check in and check out. Gabriella was the person at both. Parking was clean, well lit, and felt safe. Air Conditioning was great and holding temps but created a humidity type feeling in the room.

Room was dirty and tiny. No coffee pot or coffee. WiFi hardly ever worked with that is what powers our iPads. Front desk less than sympathetic of caring. All I ever got from anyone was a slight sorry. My 2 sisters and my 99 year old couldn’t check in because it was 2:30 and not 3. Seriously? I will never stay in any Wyndham owned hotels again. Even the cheaper hotels have been more accommodating that what we received.

When we came in, we were getting checked in to get our room, we were directed to a room in the first floor but I had noticed that the room was not clean, the front desk clerk lady apologized and explained that she didn’t realize that the room wasn’t clean and she would upgrade us for the inconvenience. We got upgraded to a suite room and it was much more spacious and clean! She even provided us with free drinks at the front desk and we had a good nights rest(:

Location was great. Room size was good and the bed was very comfortable. Bare minimum for towels were provided. Breakfast had good options but the eggs and sausage were lukewarm. Would stay here again.
