The staff member who checked us in did not offer us the complimentary water that we could see behind him, so we had to ask for it later in the day ( I think it was suppose to have included a snack, but we did not get that either. Microwave latch was broken so the light was on all night! Blackout curtain was gone so facing the bright lights in the parking lot made sleep difficult. To the credit of the attendant he warned us that there were some issues but we had no choice since we already paid $218(!!) for the room and it was nonrefundable. Reservation should not have been accepted.
