Don’t get your hopes up!

I’ve stayed at numerous Drury Inn’s. This one was my least favorite one. Check in went well. Kickback was extremely disappointing. The area was too small so their was no were to sit. The ravioli was dry. I’ve never been so disappointed at Kickback. I got one beverage and then the tap went out. The soup was bland. They put the hotdog buns in with the hotdogs so the buns were soggy. We ended up leaving and going to Longhorn to eat. Breakfast wasn’t much better. Bananas looked terrible, the biscuits were extremely dry. Sausage was overheated which then made it dry. Just a horrible experience for both meals. The fitness center had a few ellipticals and a couple treadmills, that’s it. Went to get popcorn and it was all gone and they never made anymore. Our room was decent. I understand that Kickback comes as no extra cost, but it’s included in the price you pay for the room. For what I paid on a Monday night, I expected better.

Our stay was extremely noisy. Kids running in the hallway throughout the day and evening until midnight. The second night more of the same with the added adults partying until 3:00am. It was difficult for the staff to keep all of the snacks, coffee, breakfast items filled, but they tried. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. More young family oriented than older, retired couples.

Amazing stay!

What a wonderful surprise! We shifted here last minute because of weather concerns and we’re lucky we did. We just wanted a pool and hot tub. They more than delivered! What a fun indoor/outdoor pool for the kids in the snow. The service was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially Lynne at the front desk and behind the bar. We loved the Kickback! We will definitely be staying a a Drury again. Top notch service and amenities! Cannot say enough good things.
