Great hotel with friendly helpful staff- downtown.

Pros: The friendly atmosphere. Room was clean and had all I needed, Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, telephone, TV and a very comfortable bed.
Cons: Outside painted.
Location: Location was excellent....Downtown Columbus....near the Hub of the City. Theaters, restaurants and Bus Stations.
I spent 8 days in the Holiday Inn as I had arrived in Columbus for a conference. I was met by the Shuttle at the airport and taken to the hotel. Each day the staff were very helpful and the shuttle was provided when needed. The food was excellent value for money with a variety of choices. Having a fridge in my room was a real bonus. I had a difficulty with my computer and the staff scoured where I could get it fixed. When I had to stay and extra night because my flights back to Ireland were cancelled because of the weather...the staff were very accommodating and I was able to book another night. I would strongly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Columbus Ohio and if you are on a tight budget it definitely offers value for money.
