We keep coming back every year, and it keeps getting better. The staff is far superior than any we’ve seen at other hotels. At a time when many hotels are slipping and offering poor service, it’s nice to count on Holiday Inn.

Charged twice for room

There was confusion during check in and was told the card used on hotels.com was not processing and then had me give another card. Now I have 2 room charges on 2 separate cards and the hotel has been extremely unhelpful with getting this resolved despite hotels.com customer service reaching out on multiple occasions and providing photos of the dual charges. Avoid this hotel. Plenty of others close by.
